In Study 3, focus groups will be employed to review and evaluate the principles and recommendations, with the Research Team seeking feedback, suggestions for revisions, and support from the participants. This set of principles and recommendations will be presented to four different cohorts for review and evaluation in Study 3. Participants who will be invited in the focus groups include: (1) personal care workers (PCWs) currently working in residential aged care; (2) former PCWs who have left the age care sector; (3) residential aged care executives and HR managers; and (4) broader aged care personnel, including policy makers.
